Μια εκπληκτική ιστορία ελπίδας, φιλίας και επιβίωσης σε μια φυλακή υψίστης ασφαλείας.Ο Αντι, ένας νεαρός τραπεζίτης, καταδικάζεται άδικα σε ισόβια για τη δολοφονία της γυναίκας του και του εραστή της. Ο φαινομενικά ήπιος χαρακτήρας του και οι εξωτερικά αδιάφορες αντιδράσεις του τον φέρνουν αντιμέτωπο με τους συγκρατούμενούς του. Ο μόνος που τον πλησιάζει είναι ο ισοβίτης Ρεντ.Σταδιακά οι δυο τους ανακαλύπτουν τη δύναμη της φιλίας και της ελπίδας σε ένα οδοιπορικό 20 ετών ώσπου η μοίρα φέρνει και στους δυο τη λύτρωση...
